There are no term requirements, you can cancel anytime.  Once you have paid your fees for the current month they are non-refundable.

To cancel your Membership:

1. Log into your HEAL account
2. Go to "my account (in the dropdown list under your name)
3. Go to billing -- here you will see your subscriptions that you can cancel. 

Mentoring session replays will not expire at the end of the current month, unlike the 101 clinical shadowing replays and specialty anytime courses included with your membership.

Both the 101 clinical shadowing replays and specialty anytime courses included with your membership expire at the end of the current month.

We try to make services at HEAL available to everyone at every price level.  While we do not offer payment plans for our memberships, you are always welcome to join our free Wednesday Virtual shadowing program led by a physician.

Specialty courses are in-depth, asynchronous courses that cover a particular medical subspecialty! We have courses that discuss everything from the role of the EKG in diagnosing cardiovascular dysfunction to clinical care for newborn babies!

1. Every month you will have the opportunity to get highly effective admissions advice from pros in the field.  Attend those!  While you are welcome to watch the replay rather than attend live, when you attend the live session you can ask questions and get clarifications.  The same advice goes for the monthly AMA that we provide with the pros each month.
2. Do the homework.  You will receive assignments to fulfill each month.  Even though you won’t have to complete them in the month we offer them, you will be able to talk to the admissions pro about them during the month they are offered.
3. Be sure to download the homework assignments.  At the end of each month the replays will expire and so will the homework assignments.  Download them so that you can have them for future use.

Content is available at the beginning of the month.  You will have the entire month to complete the work after which, current material will roll over to new monthly content.
